I remember it was something related to memory. However, the message does not appear visibly after the game crashes.
Can anyone help? I would like to provide more information... but I don't have more.

I salute you, man.

I mean, I guess I probably could think about downloading the game again, but I wanted to know if I can fix the game without needing to do so. Thanks again, anyway!

Let me guess... the message appeared and disappeared quickly just before the closure of the game isn't it?

It's quite similar to the one that appeared to me for other reasons. Maybe you could try to download the game again and see what happens.

Also, in my case I tried to add just one of the two voodoo files (not the one that replaces the original one, but the other one) and the game seems to work a bit better.

I hope it works. Good luck!

When it started happening, though, it just kept goin' on. And I have no idea how to get rid of that,

Now, I don't need compatibility settings at all (for some weird reason, it works perfectly fine) and I don't think it's related to the Voodoo GFX or the .dll files, neither. I don't think a file got corrupted, neither... maybe it's something related to the virtual drive. Not sure. Not sure.
It's really strange.

However, I somehow managed to take a picture of the error message (finally!). Here it is.
While it might look crappy, remember, it's still valuable:

Did this always happen to you? Maybe compatibility settings or even the voodoo thing (.dll files, etc.) are causing trouble.
