Project: Improving Draw Distance

Does anybody have any idea how to improve the draw distance? I'm getting this:

For this moment this is not possible. We need to get *.lod files from models.bin, modify them and put back.

I have similar draw distance issues. What graphics card are you using by the way, because I am using an AMD 7000 ish series card, and these look startlingly familiar.
