      Should we include this?

Not on original machines. Maybe if there was a different faction that had an art style this could fit in. (Not that we should be thinking that far ahead)

I agree with @bilal , but adding machines that could use those wheels couldn't hurt!

Maybe. I do like the wheels. They could inspire some interesting machine.

Oh yeah, they look awesome. Maybe they could be used for "An Army of One" machine? So there would be a Golem and a replacement for it, if players wish for something different.

@bilal, you once mentioned something about a mission involving mainly 1st person right?
@Encrypted, you presented this "Golem" mission.
What if these wheels are applied for a "special" or "experimental" prototype, which would be controlled by the player against the Golem? You lead a squad towards this underground chamber protecting the prototype at all costs, and face the big guy on "hand to hand" combat.
These wheels enable the vehicle (your machine in this case) to move sideways, so you could attack the big guy and dodge his missiles (whatever), while shooting at him.
                Ta-Daah!!!

More "Machines-related" applications for these wheels!

The video is quite interesting for watching these wheels in action:
