Oh yeah... this won't work with the original files. You will need to apply this patch on top of a Machines 1.5 installation.

I have fixed the outstanding issues, and I feel like everything is in a releasable state.

Anyone interested can follow the instructions in the README to build the game and make a patch.

I've been working on this for a minute. Introducing the upcoming Machines V1.6!!!
You can see what all I have done HERE.

It's been both fun and frustrating working with this codebase, but I am ready to move on to something else. I have maybe one more pending item before I call it finished.

If you're itching to try things out, build my repo and copy the new/updated datafiles on top of Lord Overvolt's assets.
