Mouse don't appear win XP

I have used the machines on XP on my sister's PC and he works. But now I have other pc and i have installed it on my pc and the mouse don't appear on the screen of the game I speak Portuguese sorry for the errors. XP too

Compatibility settings are all I know that could work. Let us know if it works :) -
@Pisarz I have changed all the settings that I founded on PC
But the mouse appear only on teamviewer. I can send id and password of it if you want -
