Special OM gamemode: An Army of One
-
In this gamemode, there's a special machine: The Golem. It's giant, it's strong, it's extremely effective. And it has some nice weapons, too.
To win, you have to eradicate everything with it, or kill it at all costs.
Sounds good? It was intended to be so short, mostly because I want YOU to fill it up!

Underground level. The big guy protecting something important. One way in. One way out.
I like the idea! -
-
(Please keep in mind that it's just a quick sketch, since the perspective isn't precise.)
Is the size of the Golem enough or does it need to be even bigger? Did you think about any shape/form for it in particular? -
Well, I'd say it should be big enough to make Gorilla look like a baby when comparing it to the Golem.
The Golem's shape should make it look extremely strong when comparing it to other machines. Its arms should be long and big, so when that Golem swings its arm to kill all the units in its range, you feel like its arm is not an arm, but a giant broadsword, penetrating everything on its way.
The Golem should also have some special weapons, allowing it to punish its enemies (but they shouldn't be overpowered, otherwise Golem could always win):- Some missile launchers slowly firing slow but deadly rockets with huge AoE.
- A few rapid, low-damage machineguns capable of killing single enemies with ease.
And, of course, his arm - broadsword-like weapon, destroying hordes of enemies in no time, but with limited range (Gorillas can survive a hit or two, though, guess why).

Work in progress:

Another sketch! (The weaponry con be defined later):
The first design has shields for its "knees" (to protect the joints). "Eyes" are bigger, and its "head" is intended to resemble an AWACS radar. The second one is intended to look more "conventional". Smaller "eyes" could help identify its scale/size. -
Another size comparison (not exactly the same scale as the previous one):
Should it be even bigger? Or smaller?
Any ideas? -
@Pisarz I'd say, the first comparision was actually way more accurate, as we don't really know how big those machines are. I mean, I'd say a Scout is the size of a car, but I'm not really sure because it was never mentioned how big they were.
I don't know what to say about the second one, though, discounting this: that human is too big for me.

Well, they were modified industrial robots, so maybe this scale could be used:

Ok. Got it.
By the way, the "broadsword-like" arms would be its legs, but also, I thought about putting some hidden retractile blades in them, for close combat:
